2. What House 12 Provides

House 12 generates Ziwei Doushu (紫微斗數) and Bazi (八字) astrological charts and personalised readings based on your birth details. All content is provided for entertainment and personal self-reflection purposes only.

House 12 does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or any other professional advice. Do not make important life decisions based solely on your reading. Always consult qualified professionals.

3. Accuracy Disclaimer

Astrological readings are cultural and interpretive in nature. House 12 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose of any reading. Results may contain errors, omissions, or interpretations that do not apply to your situation.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. By completing a purchase you authorise us to charge the stated amount to your payment method. Prices are displayed in USD; your card may be charged in your local currency at your card network’s exchange rate.

5. Refund Policy

House 12 provides digital content that is immediately and fully delivered upon purchase:

• ✦All sales are final once your reading has been delivered to your email address or displayed in your browser session.
• ✦A full refund will be issued if your chart fails to generate due to a technical fault on our side and we are unable to resolve it within 48 hours of you notifying us.
• ✦Refunds are not available on the basis that the reading did not match expectations, predictions did not come true, or the user changed their mind after delivery.

To request a refund for a technical failure, email hello@house12.uk within 7 days of purchase with your order reference.

6. Intellectual Property

Your reading is generated for your personal use only. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute reading content commercially without written permission from us. You may share excerpts for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution to house12.uk.

7. Privacy & Data

We collect your birth date, time, and city solely to generate your chart and reading. We do not sell your data to third parties. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, House 12 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of House 12, including any decisions made in reliance on reading content. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of House 12 after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be notified via the website homepage.
